Answer:

Jose and Jessie have way different health state, Jose as gifted athlete has better physical condition because he exercise often and he performs in a competitive stage which demands better skills. On the other side, Jessie, as a sedentary person, lack of any physical skill or wellness, because he doesn't exercise at all.

Therefore, any advice will be way different to both, because if Jose wants to improve his flexibility, he probably only will need to do certain high performance training program which will get him this flexibility skills. But, if Jessie wants to improve flexibility, he will need to improve other areas  because sedentary people lack of habits that allow them to achieve this healthy goals.

So, the difference between these two will be around different factors. Jose can handle intense exercise and high level training, but Jessie will need to start with low intensity routines, improve nutrition, set specific schedules to train, hydration programs before, during and after exercise, then Jessie will be able to increase the intensity and achieve high performance training.

Ierofanga [76]

Answer:

The nervous system can respond quickly to stimuli, through the use of action potentials and neurotransmitters. Responses to nervous system stimulation are typically quick but short lived. The endocrine system responds to stimulation by secreting hormones into the circulatory system that travel to the target tissue.
