When you are at a job the expectations would be a lot higher because basically at home, if you make a mistake you won’t be as harshly judged and this is due to the fact that at a job you would have a boss who excepts you to meet the criteria set and if you don’t then the effects are more extreme like losing money, getting demented or getting fired which means losing money for your job but a mistake you made at home wouldn’t result in this due to someone else’s decision

The rules at a job or generally more absolute. This means that if your not doing something right or if you are not getting the work done, they have a right to fire you. While the rules at home may be strict, you usually will not be "fired" from your house. Some jobs, you may or may not have more responsibility at work. You are also guaranteed a paycheck from your job, whereas you may or may not get an allowance for the work you do at home.
