54/21 ÷ c

54/21 ÷ 6/7

54/21 × 7/6            when the ÷ changes to ×, the fraction inverts from 6/7 to 7/6

7 into 21 is 3. 6 into 54 is 9.   3 into 9 is 3.

It simplifies to give 3 as the answer.

3.

Hope this helps.

Use cavalieri's Principle to calculate the exact of an oblique cylinder with a radius of 10 meters and a height of 11 meters.
Readme [11.4K]
Am I to assume this is for volume? The volume formula for a cylinder...oblique or not...is V = 1/3pi r^2 h.  Cavalieri's principle tells us that the formulas for both are the same. So V = 1/3*pi*100*11 and V = 366.67 pi

40 POINTS Geometry homework
kicyunya [14]

\angle{DBC   }=(5x+4)°

\angle{ A  }=(2x-2)°

\angle{C   }=(4x-6)°

we know that,

\angle{DBC}=\angle{A}+\angle{C}

According to the question,

\tt{ 5x+4=2x-2+4x-6  }

\tt{ 5x+4=6x-8  }

\tt{ 6x-5x=4+8  }

\blue{x=12   }

so,

\angle{C }=(4x-6)°=(4×12-6)°=(48-6)°=42°
