So, it looks like it is in slope-intercept form! Yet you need to get "Y" by itself in order it to be y=mx+b (slope-intercept form)

Step 1: 

9y=-6x+42

y=-6/9x+  42/9 

Step 2: Take your new equation and SIMPLIFY/reduce its fractions.

(all these numbers are multiple of 3, so they can be divided by 3 to turn them into it's most simplest form)
