Electrical energy is the energy created by the flow of electrons through a conductor. The flow of electric current in a conductor is the flow of electrons through the conductor. This phenomenon is called current electricity. Electric current is the rate of electric charge flowing from one point to another in a conductor. Electric current produces an electrical energy which is provided from a voltage source. This electrical energy serves as power to appliances, machines, lights, or can be converted to any other forms of energy for a particular application. The source of electrical energy includes alternating current (AC), direct current (DC), Capacitors, Lightning, batteries etc.
It can cause flooding and destruction of habitat because of dammed rivers create large reservoirs upstream which can spill out to the surrounding during heavy rainfall causing flooding and destruction of natural habitat.
