What sort of regulations do they follow= Some of them can be keeping their restaurant clean, wear the correct attire, always wash your hands before handling food\drinks, if you do handle food wear gloves and or a hair net. 

I personally think that most places follow them but most of them don't. It is safe to go out to eat i would just stay aware of what places your going and the cleanliness of that place. The rules are their for the employees to follow but most places do not follow them i think that they should enforce better rules
