Describe a problem in your life and an invention that would solve that problem.
ad-work [718]

Answer:

A problem in my life that I have is when I am cooking. When I need to cook something on the stove I use butter on the pan so it won't stick. But getting out that block of butter and trying to cut a perfect slice of butter is always such a freakin hassle. So, a squeezable butter or a butter slicer mechanism that can use would be fantastic.

Or, how about when I use peanut butter. When I use peanut butter for like a PB and J I try to scrape the excess peanut butter back into the jar and whatevers left in the jar but then whats left on the knife is such a pain to wash off. so like a really good scrubber to help wash off peanut butter would be cool.

I have so many life problems

Alenkasestr [34]

Answer:

The patient is experiencing laryngeal spasm after extubation if the patient shows breathing difficulties, a feeling of suffocation and a hoarse and deep cough.

Explanation:

Maintaining the airways is of fundamental importance for anesthesiologists, particularly during anesthesia induction and after extubation, when laryngeal spasm occurs more frequently.

Laryngeal spasm is the most common cause of airway obstruction after tracheal extubation. When this happens, the patient shows a decrease in the air that crosses the larynx, restricting the vocal cords, which produces breathing difficulties, a feeling of suffocation and a hoarse and deep cough.

In severe cases, with prolonged spasm, therapeutic interventions should be performed and, ultimately, tracheotomy.
