  • A person who over-trains finds it difficult to exercise and puts in more effort to exercise because the muscles are already tired.

  • An over-trained person constantly complains of pains in the body especially the legs and the back.
  • The only way to recover from this sort of burnout is to take rest for a couple of days.

How to recover: Rest and recover. Reduce or stop the exercise and allow yourself a few days of rest. Also drink plenty of water
