\frac{23- 11.50}{4-2} =5.75

\frac{34.50-23}{6-4} =5.75

There is a constant difference, so we use linear equation y=mx+b

Use h for x and p for y. slope m is 5.75

p=5.75h +b

Now we find out b. use the first row. h=2, p=11.5

11.50=5.75(2) +b

11.50=11.50 +b

Subtract 11.50 on both sides

b=0

So function rule is
