No, it is not an effective conflict management policy as because by dodging one run from the firm truth of the matter. one should face everything as a difficulty and overcome it. The avoidance approach seeks to put off conflict indefinitely. By pausing or neglecting the conflict, the avoider hopes the problem resolves itself without a meeting. Those who actively avoid conflict generally have a low appreciation or hold a position of low power.

I don't think avoiding would be an effective conflict management strategy, because if it's something serious or even something small you shouldn't really ever avoid anything especially if it's between you and another person because it could damage something between you two for awhile or maybe forever. So no i don't think that is a good why to handle something.<span />

How do the intrinsic muscles of the hand and foot differ in function?
chubhunter [2.5K]

Answer:

In normal hand function, the intrinsic muscles, both the lumbricals and interosseus muscles balance finger movement7 and create this broad sweeping movement. Besides abducting and adducting the fingers, they are responsible for coupling metacarpophalangeal joint (MCP) flexion with interphalangeal joints (IP) extension

The intrinsic foot muscles act to stabilise the foot and support the arches, as well as to produce fine movement of the toes. The intrinsic foot muscles can be divided into two main groups, plantar and dorsal.

tamaranim1 [39]

AIDS is the most severe phase of HIV infection, when  a person’s immune system is severely weakened. When HIV weakens the immune system opportunistic infections occur in the body. The low number of helper T cells in the blood and the badly damaged immune systems leads the infected to get an increasing number of severe illnesses, called opportunistic illnesses. Opportunistic infections are infections caused by pathogens that take advantage of an opportunity not normally available.
