No, it is not an effective conflict management policy as because by dodging one run from the firm truth of the matter. one should face everything as a difficulty and overcome it. The avoidance approach seeks to put off conflict indefinitely. By pausing or neglecting the conflict, the avoider hopes the problem resolves itself without a meeting. Those who actively avoid conflict generally have a low appreciation or hold a position of low power.

I don't think avoiding would be an effective conflict management strategy, because if it's something serious or even something small you shouldn't really ever avoid anything especially if it's between you and another person because it could damage something between you two for awhile or maybe forever. So no i don't think that is a good why to handle something.<span />

Which is not a stage of alcoholism
Stolb23 [73]

The correct answer would be, Prodigal phase.

Prodigal phase is not a stage of Alcoholism.

Explanation:

Alcoholism is the addiction of alcohol. When a person consumes or drinks alcohol and is addicted to it, this is called as alcoholism.

Alcoholism is very dangerous to health, as its frequent consumption can lead to the complete damage of the liver and kidneys.

There are many stages of Alcoholism. Some of those are:

  • Frequent phase
  • Crucial Phase
  • Chronic Phase

But Prodigal phase has nothing to do with alcoholism. So this is the stage which is not included in alcoholism.

If more than one sperm cell were able to enter an egg, what might be the result?
Alexxx [7]
Well, its kind of impossible because as soon as a sperm enters the egg chemical reaction forms a "hard shell" so another sperm can't enter. However, if this were to happen- there would be 1.5 more genetic info than that needed and the extra chromosomes would cause many problems. The fertilized egg wouldn't function properly and the embryo wouldn't develop. THE EGG IS DAMAGEDD
