Answer:

C- She takes insulin for her sugar.

Explanation:

Being submerged in water, increases the oxygen requirement of the body. This causes metabolism rate to increase and the body requires more glucose to drive these compensatory processes involving organs such as the lungs, as well as her muscles. The information about her sugar condition, gives a knowledge of the kind of treatments that should be given and care is taken to avoid administering glucose solutions and gives insight into the required need for insulin when it arises.

Without this prior information, administering glucose will further distort the metabolic processes in the body as the sugar levels in the body will be increased further than her sugar conditions already will cause.

What is CBD, what is it used for, is it safe, and is it legal?
KonstantinChe [14]
CBD is a very active compound found in the cannabis plant. It’s mostly used for anxiety, insomnia, and pain relief. It isn’t as safe as you would think. It has some (non-proven) benefits but can also cause harm to your liver and nervous system. purchasing CBD is federally legal as long as it doesn't contain more than 0.3 percent THC.
It technically can be used as a medicine but classified as a drug. Hope this helps!:)

a) The absence of glucose in diet causes oxaloacetate to drop and also slows down the citric acid cycle.

b) odd numbered.

Explanation:

a) glucose gives out pyruvate through the process of glycolysis, and pyruvate is the main source of oxaloacetate. The absence of glucose in diet causes a drop in oxaloacetate and slows down the citric acid cycle.

b) odd numbered. The conversion of propionate to succinyl CoA provides a medium for both the citric acid cycle and four carbon precursors for gluconeogenesis.
