Sum of complementary angles = 90°

6y + 3  + 4y - 13 =  90°

10y - 10 =  90°

One angle = 6y + 3 = 6 * 10 + 3 = 60 + 3 = 63

other angle = 4y - 13 = 4 * 10 - 13 = 40 - 13 = 27
