  • The change is the temporary change in which no new substances are formed. But chemical change are the change in which new substances are formed.
  • Physical change are reversible. But chemical change are irreversible.
  • No new substances are formed with new properties in physical change. But in chemical change new substances with new properties are formed.

Assuming complete distribution, what is the molarity of 10 milligrams of lisinopril in 100 liters?
SVEN [57.7K]

Answer:

2.47x10^{-7}   M

Explanation:

Lisoprisil's molecular mass is 405.488g/mol, we'll use this fact to calculate molarity, which units are mol/L, and we proceed to the calculus:

  • First, we'll unify unities, the 10 milligrams of lisinopril we'll transform into grams.

10mg*\frac{1g}{1000mg}=0.01g

  • Now that we have the same unities we'll calculate molarity using the molecular mass, the grams of lisinopril and the liters in which these grams are, let's consider that our final unities have to be mol/L.

\frac{1mol}{405.488g}*\frac{0.01g}{100L}=2.47x10^{-7}   M

I hope you find this information useful and interesting! Good luck!

What is the molarity of a 2.0 L sodium hydroxide solution containing 10.0 grams of solute?
Hitman42 [59]
Molar mass NaOH = 39.997 g/mol

number of moles:

n = mass of solute / molar mass

n = 10.0 / 39.997

n = 0.2500 moles

Therefore:

Molarity = moles of solute / volume ( L )

M = 0.2500 / 2.0

M = 0.13 mol/L
