In the Framers' plan, the candidate with the second highest number of electoral votes would become D) Vice President. The original plan of the framers was to have each state choose its electors how they saw fit. The electors would meet and exercise their own judgment when they selected the President and Vice President. The Framers believed that this was the best way to select a president because voters in such a large country couldn't learn enough about the candidates to make an informed decision.

Which descriptive research method allows a psychologist to draw cause-and-effect conclusions?
SVETLANKA909090 [29]
To draw cause and effect conclusions, one needs to conduct a formal experiment, sometimes called a control experiment. The independent variable in this type of experiment is the only thing that is allowed to changed so the experimenter is able to conclude that the it is the independent variable which affected the dependent variable. In other words the independent variable effects the dependent variable, and it is the only thing that can effect the dependent variable. This is not true in correlational experiments. Remember the oft repeated phrase that correlation does not mean causation. In other words, a lot of people carry umbrellas on a rainy day (there is a correlation between rainy days and people carrying umbrellas) but the umbrella carrying people did not cause the rain.

Answer:

I think it is

Explanation:

The whole point of Democracy is to give the people the most power to run the government.

One big problem about it is that people who live in a lot of countries tend to have a lot of different perspective and opinion to the point where it is impossible for all citizens to be completely agree on something.

This is why we choose to elect representatives that we can trust to run things for us. NOT ALL people will be happy about the representative's performance, but all citizens will forced to make compromise with one another.
