1. Talking them out of it realizing they have something or someone to live for
2.ask question based on what they like and dreams for them to understand that they should give life one more chance

Offer help
1. tell them that other people have passed through those thoughts and they decided to get help
2. give them a number of an organization that will  help them through that hard moment of life.

Follow through
1. once everything happens check on them once and a while
2. always remind them that they are not alone

1. Tell them you are there to help them with all of it and they are not alone. They can over come this!
2. Let them know things will get better. Suicide is a permanent fix to a temporary problem.

1. Check up on them to see how they are feeling
2. Listen to their problems and help them out with what may be troubling them

1. Check on them randomly just to let them know you care about them
