Fresh fruit can be contaminated by the water used to wash it so therefore, the answer is true. This could be because of any number of reasons. One includes water sources being tainted from bacteria from animal and even human waste. Also, chemicals from fertilizers or other sources can infiltrate and leave the fruit that has been washed using that same water dangerous for consumption

Alex has a bmr of 1300 calories and he exercise lightly his tee is
Vanyuwa [196]

Can not be determined

BMR is known as Basal Metabolic Rate which requires information about person's height, weight, age and gender to determine the number of calories burned by a person in a day.

But here only number of calories i.e. 1300 is given which is not enough to find out Alex's Total Energy Expenditure (TEE) as there is no detail about his height, weight and age is given.

Average BMR in the USA:

For Women it is 1493 calories.

For Men it is 1662 calories.

BMR is different from BMI (Body Mass Index) because to find out body mass index only the data related to height and weight is required.

and your welcome!
