This is the final stage of the consumer decision process. This, as the exercise states, is the step in which the consumer is analyzing if he is satisfied or dissatisfied with the purchase. In this case, the consumer is feeling remorse regarding this purchase. This step is important to the seller given that what the consumer feels after buying the product or service will surely make an impact if and when the consumer decides to purchase the product again.
