<h3><u>Answers;</u></h3>

<em>New data about evolutionary relationship between organisms</em>

<h3><u>Explanation</u>;</h3>
  • <em><u>Classification involves grouping based on their similarities and differences. </u></em>The most useful way of classifying organisms is by use of <em><u>evolutionary relationships</u></em> which results to an organized classification of organisms.
  • <u><em>Knowledge on evolutionary relationships about different organisms has greatly changed over time and therefore relationship among organisms</em></u>, grouping of organisms has continually been revised as a result of availability of new information concerning organisms.
  • Therefore,<em><u> it is this new data or information about evolutionary relationships among organisms that prompted revision</u></em> and it was seen necessary to add a level in the hierarchy of classification.

Suppose you were going to use the design process to build the tree house you designed.whst more would you need to do before you
Tanya [424]
Well, obviously one would need to start off with a plan. After having an idea/blueprint of what your ideal treehouse will look like try finding some measurements for the wood (or whatever material you will use I won't judge) of course you better already have the length, width, and height of your treehouse. After that, you can get building; which could take days or even weeks depending on the house design and the amount of people you have to help out. Once that's done you can paint and decorate it all you want. (of course, to get it in the tree you might need a pulley to put it up there or build the bottom up on the tree.) And all your missing your ladder and that's it.

Suppose that a portion of double-stranded DNA in the middle of a large gene is being transcribed by an RNA polymerase. As the po
babunello [35]

<u>Answer:</u>

CCGAGU

<u>Explanation:</u>

DNA transcription:

DNA transcription is the process through which DNA double helical strand is converted into single stranded RNA molecule.

During transcription two strands of DNA are named differently i.e Template strand and coding strand.

Template strand:

Strand from which RNA is producing is known as template strand while

Coding strand:

The strand which is opposite to the template strand is known as the coding strand. Coding strand is the DNA strand whose nucleotide sequence resembles to the RNA transcript base sequence except thymine which is replaced by uracil.

Correct Answer:

Template strand from 5' to 3' reads GGCTCA. and

In this question CCGAGT is coding strand.

RNA sequence is same as coding sequence except T which is replaced by U so sequence of RNA becomes

CCGAGU

If a double-stranded segment of DNA has been found to have 23 purines and 15 thymines, how many guanines are there?
Serggg [28]

Answer: 4 Guanines

Explanation: Following Chargaff's ratio that describes the ration of purines to pyrimidines as 1:1, if there are 23 purines, it follows that there should be 23 pyrimidines; 15 Thymines should therefore be hydrogen bonded to 15 Adenines by complementary base pairing.

We are then left with 8 nucleotides composed of guanines and cytosines in complementary base pairs. This means that half that number (4) should be guanines and the rest cytosines.
