Answer: 0.001m^3

Explanation:

Given the following :

Mass of tub = 0.650kg

Mass of rock = 0.350kg

In this scenario:

Upthrust is the weight of fluid displaced

Upthrust = Total weight of tub (since the tub floats, and top of tub is level with the water line )

Recall Weight = mass * acceleration due to gravity(g)

g = 9.8m/s

Total mass = (0.650 + 0.350)kg = 1kg

Weight = 1kg × 9.8m/s = 9.8N

Upthrust = 9.8N

Recall: Upthrust = Density × acceleration due to gravity(g)× displaced body volume of fluid

Density of water = 1000kg/m^3

g = 9.8m/s^2

9.8N = 1000 × 9.8 × Volume

9.8 = 9800V

V = 9.8 / 9800

V = 0.001m^3

The interference pattern seen when light passes through narrow, closely spaced slits, is due to
Lelu [443]

Answer: Diffraction

Diffraction is a characteristic phenomenon that occurs in all types of waves .

In this sense, diffraction happens when a wave (the light in this case) meets an obstacle or a slit .When this occurs, the light bends around the corners of the obstacle or passes through the opening of the slit that acts as an obstacle, forming multiple patterns with the shape of the aperture of the slit.

Note that the principal condition for the occurrence of this phenomena is that the obstacle must be comparable in size (similar size) to the size of the wavelength.

An electric current in a wire flows to the West in a magnetic field directed
vredina [299]

Answer: Current in a wire

We can use the same right-hand rule as we did for the moving charges—pointer finger in the direction the current is flowing, middle finger in the direction of the magnetic field, and thumb in the direction the wire is pushed.

PLEASE HELP ASAP!!! CORRECT ANSWER ONLY PLEASE!!!

Joules could be used to measure
lyudmila [28]

All of the above, work is a measurement of energy transfer, in Joules.

Potential energy = Joules

Kinetic energy = Joules

The key thing here is that anything having to do with just energy or energy transfer is measured in joules.
