Hybridization is the process of mixing or two atomic orbitals to become a new atomic orbital. In the given, there are three carbons that are hybridized to sp2. The oxygen labelled 4 is the sp while the 5 is the sp2.  The atoms that are being hybridized are the oxygen and the hydrogen.

5.50 M\times 100.0 mL=0.950 M\times V_{2}

V_{2} =578.9 mL

Hence, final diluted volume of the solution is  578.9 mL.
