Protein is the last energy source of the body. The way with which the body uses energy is to burn carbohydrates first as an immediate supply; then fats are burned to accommodate the demand for more energy in prolonged activities; while protein is the last resort of energy of the body. Proteins can only be used up by the body when there are no more calories to be burned and the energy stores have also been depleted. Food deprivation and starvation could cause the body to use up protein as its final survival method.

How will Chloe determine if she was potentially exposed to a communicable disease?
Radda [10]

To determine if a person is potentially exposed to a communicable disease, one should be familiar with the case of the patient. By then she can determine how the disease will be transmitted by knowing the portal of entry of the infectious agent and its mode of transmission from reservoir to a susceptible host by direct or indirect contact.

Moreover, a health professional must be immunized against infectious disease to lessen the chance of susceptibility of communicable diseases.
