a/(a+6)(a-6) + 2/(a-6) = 1/(a+6)
Now we need to multiply the terms by (a+6)(a-6)
a + 2(a+6) = 1(a-6)
a + 2a + 12 = a - 6
3a + 12 = a - 6
3a - a = -6 - 12
2a = -18
Divide both sides by 2
2a/2 = -18/2
a = -9
Thus, The correct option is A
