Surface of a sphere=4πr²
volume of a sphere=(4/3)πr³
Data:
surface area =432 m²
volume=864 m³

ratio of surface area to volume=surface area / volume
ratio=432  / 864 =0.5

Answer. The ratio would be 0.5

Why aren't hydrogen fuel cells currently available to the public
Romashka-Z-Leto [24]

Answer:

they require more testing in real-word conditions

Explanation:

One of the biggest reasons for this very slow uptake of hydrogen vehicles is the existing infrastructure. ... The sceptics' first argument against hydrogen vehicles is that they're less efficient than EVs are. Because hydrogen doesn't occur naturally, it has to be extracted, then compressed in fuel tanks.

How many grams of KBr are present in 250.0mL of a 1.20M solution
castortr0y [4]
Molar mass KBr = 119 g/mol

Volume in liters: 250.0mL / 1000 => 0.25 L

n = M x V

n = 1.20 x 0,25 => 0.3 moles of KBr

Therefore:

1 mole KBr ----------- 119 g
0.3 moles KBr -------- ??

0.3 x 119 / 1 => 35.7 g of KBr

What is the pOH of a 0.00037 M solution of barium hydroxide
ruslelena [56]

Answer: pOH = 3.13

Ba(OH)2 is a very basic substance. The general formula for pOH is - log(OH)

Barium Hydroxide produces 2 moles of OH for every mole of Ba(OH)2 present in the solution.

0.00037 M = 3.7 * 10^-4 Ba(OH)2 will produce 2 *0.00037 M of OH-

OH- = 2* 0.00037 = 0.00074

pOH = - log(0.00074) = 3.13
