So if you convert 2/3 to 4/6 and you know that 3/6 is 1/2 and 1/2 of 24 toppings is 12 toppings.
I don’t know how to explain this last part but since 4/6 is greater than 3/6 or 1/2 the answer has to be greater than 12 and 6 goes in to 24, 4 times so every 1/6 is 4 there for 2/3 of the toppings are 16 are meat.
