My dog was bitten on the lip by my uncles dog. He got a little cut its nothing major. I've been putting medicine on his lip and

it doesn't look infected but I'm still worried. Should I take him to the vet for a checkup or just continue putting on the medicine and let it heal

Just let it heal to see what happens to it. But i think your dog is just fine. It will take a couple days to a week for his soreness to go away
