How do i subtract fraction?

There are 3 simple steps to subtract fractions :
1.Make sure the bottom numbers (the denominators) are the same.
2.Subtract the top numbers (the numerators).
3.Put the answer over the same denominator.Simplify the fraction (if needed).

You'll have to find a common denominator first, then you can subtract the numbers on top and the bottom stays the same.
