time (t) = 1.92 s

height of balcony = ?

using equation;          

s = u t + \dfrac{1}{2} at^2

h =5.1 \times 1.92 + \dfrac{1}{2}\times 9.81\times 1.92^2

h= 9.792 + 18.082                      

h = 27.874 m

hence, the height of the balcony from where the ball is thrown is 27.874 m.
