Answer: False

Explanation:

The mining is the process of excavation of inorganic minerals and other valuables from the undersurface region of the earth crust. Generally the mining sites are left open after excavation process. This negatively affects the ambience of the site as the land will become barren due to erosion of the soil. The soil will become infertile and will not allow the growth of new plants at that region.

Closing the mining site will have an economical impact over the communities as the mining site will be recreated into a useful land. By using the land for developing the infrastructure for creation of roads and buildings. This will facilitate the human population. The mining site can be closed by using fertile soil, and irrigation. This will promote the regrowth of plants, in future and the land can be used for the purpose of agriculture.

Which statement explains the role of rovers in space exploration?
Ratling [72]
Rover (or sometimes planetary rover) is a space exploration vehicle designed to move across the surface of a planet or other celestial body. Some rovers have been designed to transport members of a human spaceflight crew; others have been partially or fully autonomous robots. Rovers usually arrive at the planetary surface on a lander-style spacecraft.[1] Rovers are created to land on another planet, besides Earth, to find out information and to take samples. They can collect dust, rocks, and even take pictures. They are very useful for exploring the universe.
