A concentrated sodium fluoride solution will have a higher boiling point than the dilute solution or that of pure water. The presence of sodium fluoride in the solution interferes with the transformation of liquid water to water vapor and increases the energy needed to be overcome to reach boiling.

Answer:

concentrated sodium fluoride solution will have a higher boiling point

Explanation:

Colligative properties are properties that depend on the number of particles present. That is, the more the number of particles present, the greater the effect. Colligative properties include; melting point, boiling point and osmotic pressure.

Since the boiling point of a solution is a coligative property, it increases with increasing number of particles. There are definitely more particles in a concentrated than a dilute solution hence a concentrated solution will have a higher boiling point than a dilute solution.

Balance the reaction. A coefficient of "1" is understood. Choose option "blank" for the correct answer if the coefficient is "1.
Ilia_Sergeevich [38]

Answer:

2H₂O₂ → 2H₂O + O₂

Explanation:

H₂O₂ → H₂O + O₂

The above equation can be balance as illustrated below:

H₂O₂ → H₂O + O₂

There are 2 atoms of O on the left side and a total of 3 atoms on the right side. It can be balance by putting 2 in front of H₂O₂ and 2 in front of H₂O as shown below:

2H₂O₂ → 2H₂O + O₂

Now, the equation is balanced.
