I would figure it out using these descriptions (in my op.): PTSD: I’m pretty sure it’s not worrying about anything but it’s mostly just being stressed and thinking about traumatic experiences in your life. It does make you scared but it’s mostly stressed. Phobias are scary but they can cause anxiety if you are thinking about it constantly. OCD can cause anxiety like constantly washing your hands and being worried that you have germs on your hands as an example. Bulimia is kind of like anorexia but you’re basically thinking about your weight and eating too much so it definitely has to be an anxiety disorder if I’m correct

i believe it is bulimia because it includes force full vomiting  bad long term of loss weight excessive exercise and binge eating hope this helps
