Answer:

res ipsa loquitur

Explanation:

In latin it means the thing speaks for itself, a doctrine of law that one is presumed to be negligent if he or she had complete control of whatever caused the injury or situation even though there is no specific evidence of an act of negligence, and without negligence the incident might not have occured. For example While under anesthetic, a patient's nerve in her leg is damaged although it was not part of the surgical procedure, and she is unaware of which of a dozen medical people in the room caused the damage. A proof of negligence on the part of the medical pesonnel must be proven.

Well, perhaps slow down on the celebrity media intake. Stop making them a "star of the show" on the news exposing their private life. Now I know nothing about the South African Press Association President(s) so you will also have to look at the information given to you about what options they might chose.

Then, calm down on companities trying to "steal" information and post it about celebrities with their children out at lunch. Also educate the people to slow down on their intake-which would be seriously hard.

Also, give a PSSA to celebrities on how they can more protect themselves outside and online from people looking for their information.
