Exercise programs and sports activities can differ in number of participants from one person doing an activity like jogging or swimming, to hundreds of participants at a track meet. Structure can be loose in solo exercises where you can set your own pace, or be very strict in most competitive sports. Competition varies from none to highly competitive, and can be on an individual or team level. More complex sports and activities can present a high skill level.

Answer:

Explanation:

Exercise programs and sports activities may consist of one individual or a group of people. They can either be structured and consist of a specific pattern or a set of rules, or be unstructured and flexible. They might be competitive and focus on winning the game or might be performed "just for fun." Some exercise programs and sports activities require participants to have a certain skill or training while others require few technical skills.

What has more calories sugar or oil?
Anvisha [2.4K]

The question only makes sense if you specify that
you're talking about the same amount of each.

Olive oil . . . . . 120 calories / Tablespoon
Table sugar . . . 22.5 calories / Tablespoon

In equal volumes, olive oil has a little more than
5 times the calories of granulated sugar.

Sesame oil, soybean oil, almond oil, canola oil, corm oil,
cottonseed oil, flaxseed oil, grapeseed oil, palm oil,
macadamia nut oil, peanut oil, safflower oil, walnut oil,
wheatgerm oil, and sunflower oil are all virtually identical
to olive oil in calorie content, but their saturated fat content
is different.
