In order to reduce on-the-job injuries by the use of mechanical lifting devices, plans such as Engineering Control Plans must be put into practice. Through this, physical change to the workplace, which eliminates/reduces the hazard on the job/task is being implemented.

Social health is your relationships with other people.

5 steps to healthy decision making are, thinking about your actions and ask these questions, " how will this help me? Will this hurt me or help me? will this hurt others or myself?"
