Answer:

  • Unhappy
  • My response is due to the fact that media at most times choose to omit some parts of the story they are reporting, just so that the story can fit their narrative.
  • I think all media industries are the same. They are driven by profit, therefore they tell stories that will sell, rather than stories to inform and educate.
  • Media houses only fulfill their social responsibilities because they know that in this time and age (time of social media) they will be held accountable by the people (their viewers), because that stories they report are our lived experiences. Due o social media people now have the opportunity to tell their own story to the world, they no longer need the media. In order for  media houses to stay relevant they need to be authentic, ethical, and be accountable.

Explanation:

Social responsibility theory was born in the mid 20th century. This theory states that media houses should report news freely without censorship, but also maintain an ethical standards and be open to criticism by the public and professional bodies.

marin [14]

Answer:

a. differential reinforcement of incompatible behaviors

Explanation:

Differential reinforcement of incompatible behaviors is an approach that involves replacing a problem behavior with a positive behavior by reinforcing and stimulating a positive behavior that cannot be exhibited the same time with the problem behavior. Differential reinforcement of incompatible behaviors works well especially in cases of people having autism spectrum disorder (ASD) where the individual engages in problem behaviors that inflict injury on the individual.

From the question above, the therapist uses the differential reinforcement of incompatible behaviors approach, as he uses praise as a reinforcement to increase the frequency at which Zander chews gum or sticks out his tongue, as these behaviors cannot occur together with the behavior of biting of lips. Chewing of gum, sticking out of tongues are reinforced in order to replace the biting of lips with them.

B. it yields a payoff at least as large as that from any other strategy, regardless of the actions of other players.

Explanation:

A dominant strategy is a strategy that is always better than another strategy in the group for the action of other players. The strategy is considered to be dominant when that strategy earns the player a larger or greater payoff than any other player in the group regardless of what any other players do.
