• 1. Answer:

36.(6)°C

373.15°K

285.37(2)°K

  • 2. Explanation:

Hi there !

  • Formula

°Celsius = 5/9×(°F - 32)

°C = 5/9×(98 - 32)

= 5/9×66

= 330/9

= 36.(6)°C

  • Formula

°Kelvin = (°C) + 273.15

°K = 100 + 273.15

= 373.15°K

  • Formula

°Kelvin =  5/9×(°F + 459.67)

°K = 5/9×(54 + 459.67)

= 5/9×513.67

= 2568.35/9

= 285.37(2)°K

Do valence electrons show a repeating or periodic pattern
PolarNik [594]

Yes

Explanation:

Valence electrons on the periodic table of elements shows a repeating or periodic pattern. There is a noticeable pattern that can be deduced from the valence electrons in the orbitals of atoms.

    Valence electrons are the electrons in the outermost shell of an element

The periodic table arranges elements based on their atomic numbers. This number denotes the number of protons or electrons an atom contains.

  • The table is divided into groups which are the vertical columns into which elements are classified.
  • The horizontal rows are called periods.
  • A period begins with one valence electron and ends with an atom having complete outer shell structure of an inert gas.
  • Down a group the valence electron is the same. The group number denotes the number of valence electrons in a group. Group 1 has just one valence electron in their outermost shell.

If a temperature increase from 10.0 ∘C to 21.0 ∘C doubles the rate constant for a reaction, what is the value of the activation
Ann [662]
According to this formula:
㏑(K2/K1) = Ea/R(1/T1 - 1/T2)
when K is the rate constant
Ea is the activation energy
R is the universal gas constant
and T is the temperature K
when K is doubled so K2: K1 = 2:1 & R = 8.314 J.K^-1.mol^-1
and T1 = 10 +273 = 283 k & T2 = 21 + 273 = 294 k
So by substitution:
㏑2 =( Ea / 8.314) (1/283 - 1/294 )
∴ Ea = 43588.9 J/mol = 43.6 KJ/mol

What volume in liters of 4.50 M NaOH contains 7.25 mol NaOH?
Serggg [28]

Answer:

The answer to your question is: 1.61 l

Explanation:

Data

Volume = ?

Molarity = 4.5 M

# of moles = 7.25 mol

Molarity = # of moles / volume

Volume = # of moles / molarity

Process

              Volume = 7.25 moles / 4.5

              Volume = 1.61 liters
