Elements of claim letters are really simple.

The body : which is the most important part of the letter. It will be filled with your 'persuasion' . It could be complains that you have over the products. To garner more attention, the body could mentioned some added attachment (maybe pictures or recordings) that can be used to proof and justify your claim.
