Different parts of people never stop growing such as ears and brains. But in terms of height many boys will stop growing around 16-18 but many factors go in to height such as depending on when they started puberty and if being tall is in their genes.
For girls, on the other hand, they continue to grow till their early 20s as many women tend to me smaller than their male counterparts.

Which change occurs only in males during puberty?
const2013 [10]
The teenage years are also called adolescence. During this time, teens will see the greatest amount of growth in height and weight. Adolescence is a time for growth spurts and puberty changes. A teenager may grow several inches in several months followed by a period of very slow growth. Then they may have another growth spurt. Changes with puberty may happen slowly. Or several changes may occur at the same time.
