The answer would be 2:5

you first have to add all the cards together to find out how many cards you have total. In this case there are 60 cards. So your first starting number would be 24 : 60 this would need to be simplified by figuring out what is the largest number both numbers can be divided by equally. In this case 12, so your final answer would be a 2 to 5 chance of pulling a blue card. Hope this helps.
