Once I got into a huge fight with my brother. He was refusing to listen to my point of view, so I got very frustrated. I ended up storming off to my room and hurting myself. Instead, I should have tried to talk it out with my brother, or tell a parent.

Hope that helps :)

A time I felt strong emotions was when I had finished writing my essay. I clicked save and exit then it said I had no wifi. So I signed back into the wifi the page reload and had to rewrite my essay. I got quite mad and I didn't want to do it any. I think a better way to have dealt with the problem by taking a break and come back later to fix it.
