Answer:

acceleration is 9.58 × 10^{7} (- 14 ĵ + 51 k  ) m/s

Explanation:

given data

uniform electric field E  = 54.0 ĵ V/m

uniform magnetic field B = (0.200 î + 0.300 ĵ + 0.400 k) T

velocity v  = 170 î m/s.

to find out

acceleration

solution

we know magnetic force for proton is

i.e = e (velocity × uniform magnetic field)

magnetic force = e (170 î × (0.200 î + 0.300 ĵ + 0.400 k) )

magnetic force = e (- 68 ĵ + 51 k  )   ..................1

and now for electric force for proton i.e

= uniform electric field × e ĵ

electric force = e (54 ĵ )   ............2

so net force will be  add magnetic force + electric force

from equation 1 and 2

e (- 68 ĵ + 51 k  )  + e (54 ĵ )

e (- 14 ĵ + 51 k  )

so the acceleration (a)  for proton will be

net force = mass × acceleration

a = e (- 14 ĵ + 51 k  )  / 1.6 10^{-19} / 1.67 × 10^{-27}

acceleration = 9.58 × 10^{7} (- 14 ĵ + 51 k  ) m/s

Two objects 5 kg and 7 kg are attached to the end of inextensible string which passes over frictionless pulley
Bumek [7]

Answer:

ans:

tenson(T) = 20 N

acceleration (a) = 2.86 m/s

Explanation:

T + mg = Mg

T = Mg - mg

T = g( M - m )

T = 10× ( 7-5 )

T = 20 N

again;

T = 20

Ma = 20

a = 20 / 7

= 2.86 m/s

As the distance between 2 objects increases, what happens to gravitational force?
ExtremeBDS [4]

Answer:

the force decreases

Explanation:

Gravitational force is depending on it's mass and the distance between two object

The attachment shows us to understand relationship of it's

F ∝ 1/ (r)2

there for gravitational force is inversely proportional to it's distance . when distance between two object is increased, Then force will be decreased

Which of the following best describes the internal layering of Jupiter, from the center outward?A) Core of rock and metal; mantl
statuscvo [17]

Answer:

Option D

Explanation:

Jupiter is made almost totally from hydrogen and some hydrogen compounds. It may have a solid hydrogen core, then a liquid hydrogen layer, then a gaseous layer.

It is not known if Jupiter has a solid surface, or even a liquid surface. We measure Jupiter's diameter from the top of its gas layer.

The core is often described as rocky, but its detailed composition is unknown, as are the properties of materials at the temperatures and pressures.

The presence of a core during at least part of Jupiter's history is suggested by models of planetary formation that require the formation of a rocky or icy core massive enough to collect its bulk of hydrogen and helium from the protosolar nebula. Assuming it did exist, it may have shrunk as convection currents of hot liquid metallic hydrogen mixed with the molten core and carried its contents to higher levels in the planetary interior. A core may now be entirely absent, as gravitational measurements are not yet precise enough to rule that possibility out entirely.
