Answer:

  B. Appeal to the State Supreme Court if the State Appellate Court decision needs review.

Explanation:

An appeal is a process through which cases are reviewed by a higher court. The process function as error correction and to clarify and reinterpret the law.

The State Supreme Court enters in States that don´t have State Appellate Courts. If the Appellate Court exists in that State the next step to review the decision is to present a Federal writ of Habeas Corpus to allow that the prisoner of a state applies to the Federal Courts. But there must be a Constitutional right affected in order to be accepted.

If the crime committed is a Federal crime the guidelines to reach these stages are broader.

I hope this answer helps you.

I believe the answer is: C. appeal to a Federal Appellate Court court if the States Supreme Court decision needs review

There is a hierarchy within the united states' courts. In that hierarchy, the supreme court is placed in the highest regard.

So, the decision that made by the supreme court is final and couldn't be brought back to the lower court.
