Answer: ridge of sand projecting into a bay

Wave cut platform is a sloping rock ledge that originates from the shore side and extends to the bay. It's formation dependent upon the rock structure and it's type. The water in the bay causes abrasion of the rock. The solid massive rock such as granite is resistant to abrasion, and may prevent the formation of the platform. The wave-cut platform is formed by the abrasion of the weak and quickly eroding rocks, bearing constituents of sandy soil.

Do you think animals pollinate flowers and disperse seeds on purpose or by accident?
Allushta [10]

Answer:

Animals most likely pollinate by accident.

Explanation:

Deer for example, they may graze in the grass. The pollen/seeds could catch onto their fur--and later fall off into a different area when they walk away. They could also eat a plant, and the seeds end up in their feces. Bees for another example don't necessarily mean to pollinate, they just happen to pick up pollen/seeds when they land on a flower for honey.

Hope this helps :)
