She is in stage 4 and that is depression. There are five stages of grief and they are:

Denial: not accepting the fact that the person has died

Anger: blaming anyone and anything for the death

Bargaining: trying to make a deal that will bring the person back to life

Depression: feeling as if they have nothing to live for

Acceptance: realizing that their life goes on, even if the other person is gone. They also try to move on with their life.
