Hey there! :D

So, we want to multiply that by 2. The table represents one year at Weatherford College.

8,965*2= 17,930

I heard the question mention 'reasonable'. It also said 'meet the cost'. So I would assume that 17,930 meets most of the cost. I think that's what it wanted to have. A couple thousand dollars may be reasonable, but will it meet the cost? Probably not.

I would say "A" is the best answer.

I hope this helps!

Answer:

-3 = log₆(1/216)

Step-by-step explanation:

Remember that when writing logarithm, the answer is:

exponent = log(base in subscript)y

also note that in exponential form, it looks like: y = b^x

Change

y = b^x = "(1/216) = 6^-3"

-3 = log₆(1/216)

What is the length of the missing leg?
8 in
b
b=
17 in
Rufina [12.5K]

Answer:

If your taking about a triangle, the answer = .

Step-by-step explanation:

*^2= squared*

1)The formula to calculate the missing leg of a triangle is a^2 + b^2 = c^2.

Subsituting in the formula, 8^2+17^2=c^2.

2) Simplify values, 64+289=c^2, 353=c^2

3) find the square root of the value that is left, (square root)353=18.8 (rounded to 10th place).

4) 18.8=c

A grocer has two kinds of candies: one sells for 90 cents per pound and the other sells
sergey [27]

Given:

Candy x = 0.90 per pound

Candy y = 0.40 per pound

100 pounds * 0.85 per pound = 85

x + y = 100

0.90x + 0.40y = 85

x = 100 - y

0.90(100 - y) + 0.40y = 85

90 - 0.90y + 0.40y = 85

-0.50y = 85 - 90

y = -5 / -0.50

y = 10

x = 100 - y

x = 100 - 10

x = 90

0.90x + 0.40y = 85

0.90(90) + 0.40(10) = 85

81 + 4 = 85

85 = 85
