Brianna took a math test with 20 questions and she answered 16 questions correctly.In order to get an A, she needs to answer at

least 90 percent of the questions correctly.
Your mission,should you decide to accept it,is to tell me if Brianna got an A on this math test? Explain why or why not,and if she didn't get an A,how many questions would she need to answer correctly to get an A? SHOW YOUR WORK

Se did not got an A, as you said she needs at least 90% right and she only got 80% right. She had to score at least 18 of the questions correct.

16/20=80/100

16*5=80
18*5=90

Brianna shouldn't recieve an A because she didnt get enough question correct. In order to get 90% she had to answer 18 questions correctly. MY WORK 20 = 100% Now that you know this you need to convert 100% to a number that can be multipled to get 90 100/10 = 10 Do the same thing you did to 100 to 20 20/10=2 Now you multiply 10% x 9 to get 90% Again do the same to 2 2 x 9= 18 18 = 90% She need 18 questions correct

Solve for x and y <br> 8x-2y=24
TiliK225 [7]

Answer: For y it's y=4x−12 and for x it's x=12+y/4

Step-by-step explanation:

SOLVING FOR X

8x-2y=24

2(4x−y)=24

4x−y=24/2

4x−y=12

4x=12+y

x=12+y/4

SOLVING FOR Y

8x-2y=24

2(4x−y)=24

4x−y=24/2

4x−y=12

−y=12−4x

y=−12+4x

y=4x−12

Hope this helps, have a BLESSED AND WONDERFUL DAY! As well as a great Black History Month and Valentine's day! :-)

A two-factor study with two levels of factor A and three levels of factor B uses a separate group of n = 5 participants in each
Mashcka [7]

Answer: There are 30 participants are needed for the entire study.

Step-by-step explanation:

Since we have given that

Number of levels of factor A = 2

Number of levels of factor B = 3

Number of participants in each treatment condition = 5

So, the number of participants are needed for the entire study is given by

2\times 3\times 5\\\\=6\times 5\\\\=30

Hence, there are 30 participants are needed for the entire study.
