<u>Answer:</u>

Volume of pyramid A is twice the volume of pyramid B.

If the height of pyramid B increases to twice that of pyramid A, it's volume will be equal to the volume of pyramid A.

<u>Step-by-step explanation:</u>

Let, the initial height of each pyramids be h metre

Base area of pyramid A =10 \times 20 sq. metre

                                         = 200 sq. metre

Base area of pyramid B =(10^{2}) sq. metre

                                         = 100 sq. metre

we know that volume of a pyramid

= \frac{base area \times height}{3} -------------(1)

So, from (1)

volume of pyramid A = \frac{200 \times h}{3} cubic metre -----(2)

volume of pyramid B = \frac{100 \times h}{3} cubic metre -----(3)

So,

volume of pyramid A is twice the volume of pyramid B.

If the height of pyramid B increases to twice that of pyramid A, it's volume will be equal to the volume of pyramid A.

For which value of b can the expression x2 + bx + 18 be factored?
WINSTONCH [101]

An expression is defined as a set of numbers, variables, and mathematical operations. The value of b for which the expression x² + bx + 18 can be factored is 9.

<h3>What is an Expression?</h3>

In mathematics, an expression is defined as a set of numbers, variables, and mathematical operations formed according to rules dependent on the context.

The value of b for which the given expression x² + bx + 18 can be factored is 9. This will make the expression factored as (x+3) and (x+6).

Thus, the value of b for which the expression x² + bx + 18 can be factored is 9.
