You always do PEMDAS (parentheses, exponents, multiplication, division, addition, and then subtraction) *in order* so since multiplying is before adding you do 4 times 2 which equals 8 and then you add 3, so 8+3=11 hope this helped

What is 9/10-2/3 in simplest form
Serggg [28]

Answer: The simplified form of above expression is \frac{7}{30}

Step-by-step explanation:

Since we have given that

\frac{9}{10}-\frac{2}{3}\\

We need to solve the above expression to get the simplified answer:

1) Take the L.C.M. of 10 and 3.

L.C.M. of 10 and 3 = 30

2) Make the denominator 30 for each of the fraction .

\frac{9}{10}\times \frac{3}{3}=\frac{27}{30}\\\\and\\\\\frac{2}{3}\times \frac{10}{10}=\frac{20}{30}

3) Take the difference between them:

\frac{27}{30}-\frac{20}{30}\\\\=\frac{7}{30}

Hence, the simplified form of above expression is \frac{7}{30}
