We suppose that every one paid $10 for entrance. So the total paid should be $1000. Now there is $300 more. The faculty should pay $15 more than student. So the faculty number is $300/15=20. Then the number of student is 80.

Factor : x^2+3x-10

Answer = (x - 2)(x + 5)

Explanation:

Y = x^2 + 3x - 10.

Find 2 numbers knowing sum (3) and product (-10).

Factor pairs of (-10) -> (-1, 10)(-2, 5). This sum is 3 = b. The 2 numbers are: -2 and 5.

y = (x - 2)(x + 5).

There are two choices to choose from:

a) Grilled chicken
b) Veggie Pizza

36% students voted for veggie pizza. This means the remaining votes will go to the Grilled chicken. Thus grilled chicken received 64% of the student votes.

Since more students voted for the Grilled chicken, it will be on the lunch menu.
