Well, wind can change landforms by storms, and hurricains, or other things that contain air...

Like, over a period of time... Wind can make landforms decrease in size, by weathering.

Hope this helps! :)

The Grand Canyon had a river running through it, well, how do you think it became it's shape? Since the water hit the rock of the canyon for thousands of years, it finally wore away the rock, creating the shape the canyon is now.

How does an acid–base indicator react when placed in an acidic solution?
s344n2d4d5 [400]
It depends on the indicator, and the pH range over which it will experience a colour change. Some indicators will change colour in an acidic solution, others will not. For example, blue litmus paper will turn red in an acidic solution, but red litmus paper will not change colour. The test would be inconclusive with red litmus paper, since it does not change colour in an acid and in a neutral solution.

Answer:

Total energy = 1000J

KE = 500J

PE = 500J

Explanation:

As you may know, the equation for gravitational potential energy is mgh (weight x height)

If the skateboard is halfway down, that means it is at half the height. As the skateboard speeds up (as it goes downward), the potential energy becomes kinetic energy. Since it has 500J of kinetic energy at half way down, it means it had double that amount of Potential energy at the top (1000J). Since half of that became kinetic energy, there is only 500J of PE left.

Total energy = KE + PE = 1000J

KE = 500J

PE = 500J

Two blocks of masses 6 kg and 5.5 kg are
sp2606 [1]

When you squish the spring, you put some energy into it, and after the cord
burns and they go boing in opposite directions, that energy that you stored
in the spring is what gives the blocks their kinetic energy.

But linear momentum still has to be conserved. It was zero while they were
tied together and nothing was moving, so it has to be zero after they both
take off.

Momentum = (mass) x (velocity)

After the launch, the 5.5-kg moves to the right at 6.8 m/s,
so its momentum is
                               (5.5 x 6.8) = 37.4 kg-m/s to the right.

In order for the total momentum to be zero, the other block has to
carry the same amount of momentum in the opposite direction.

               M x V = (6 x speed) = 37.4 kg-m/s to the left.

Divide each side by  6 :      Speed = 37.4 / 6 =  6.2333... m/s left

(That number is  (6 and 7/30) m/s .)

Consider a resistor (R=1000 kΩ) and a capacitor (C=1μF) connected in series. This configuration is connected in series to a batt
BabaBlast [244]

Answer:

The maximum pressure is 10 V from across condenser.The highest charge mostly on condenser.
Vc  = 10 x 1mf

= 10 ^ - 5C

The time it takes for the condenser to be 5 V different.
Thus we have, 0.69 x 10 ^ - 3 seconds.
