Answer:

The correct response is Option C: to ensure the financial gain of the researcher(s).

Explanation:

Most social scientists do not conduct their academic research for financial gain so this is not a part of the American Sociological Association's code of ethics. The ethics are in place to encourage research that protects the rights of research subjects and promotes a professional level of neutrality in sociological research. Researchers need to be conscientious about how their research may impact the study population and the individual people who are participating in their research. They usually have to assure confidentiality regarding sensitive topics, for example.

Our ability to be aware of some parts of our environment while ignoring other parts is called:
Marat540 [252]
It's called selective attention. It consists of a very selective attention as the name sáis because we focuse on a single thing ignoring the rest, and that's why it is called that way. Most human beings have this type of attention because they focuse on a single thing, sometimes this attention is better for concentration but some others we also need to focuse in more than one thing to get a better result. You can work on your selective attention to improve it so you can focuse on the important things, there are various methods to do it and from my point of view are very useful. Hope this answered helped you and have a great day.

If one of your tires blows out, you should apply your brakes immediately.
a. TRUE
b. FALSE
gavmur [86]
This is false!

You should definitely not immediately break as sudden braking, especially with your tie broken could cause you to loose control of your car, which could be quite dangerous.

You should gently slow down and stop, but you should do it slowly and gently, without loosing control.
